		<description>Page Rank, in my opinion, is highly overrated. First of all, the data is not shown in real-time. It is accurate but not as immediate as Google wants us to think. Keeping back the actual figure up to 3 months old will keep some malicious webmasters from manipulating their own PR. Aside from this, Page Rank does not bring in the conversions that your site needs. Conversions such as sales or signups are more important for the site to survive. What&#039;s the point of ranking high in the SERPS and having a high PR when your pages can not convert a visitor into a paying customer?</description>
