Using Your Time Wisely
As good as people may have it in the western part of the world, many individuals are quite simply overworked and close to burning out. Being placed in that kind of situation, time management skills will prove crucial to one’s success as well as one’s health.
Time Management Effectiveness
Instead of putting in more and more effort, you can work smarter so that we may realize how much time we can save when we have organized our time a little. But the success of such techniques largely depends on creating a realistic routine that you can actually adhere to. If you do this the right way you can greatly reduce your overall stress level.
Multitasking is a new skill many people have to develop to cope with the work load and speed they are expected to handle every day. In life as well as at work, we handle many different roles depending on what we do. But there are many time management methods that would prove useful for our many roles.
A student, for example, can learn and practice time management by applying simple techniques when homework or projects. Using some basic strategies and practices can and will help to ensure the quality use of your time and the efficiency of the results that they produce.
Here are a few suggestions you should be able to try out without too much effort.

delayed gratification is not my strongest suit
To think, it’s been weeks since my last post. And it hasn’t been easy either in thinking up what to write next. I am currently swamped with work. Basically I am in the process of grading the outputs of my fellow employees’ diagnostic exams. Some suprised me with their knowledge and writing skills; others, however, disappointed me with how lacking they are in the knowledge and skills department.
Work isn’t just about doing what the client has instructed. It goes beyond following orders; it also needs exceptional insight into how much better it could be if we apply this way rather than that way even in the face of protests and doubts. As long as the person can justify reasonably how his way is better than the norm, then by all means go and do it. Nothing is definitive and we can’t close our minds to other possibilities. This will only hold back our personal growth as employees of this company.
As of now, I am not even halfway into the list. I have only finished about 50 or so profiles. I still have a lot more to go with Davao agents waiting for the results, too. God, I hope I’ll be able to finish the whole lot by the end of September.
I’m crossing my fingers.
